Palazzo Rimondi Palazzo Rimondi is a complex of 15th-century buildings with individually decorated rooms in the medieval centre of Rethymno Town, 300 metres from the beach. It features a plunge pool and a buffet breakfast in its cobbled courtyard. The air-conditioned rooms at the hotel Palazzo Rimondi have stone-carved arches, wooden roofs and windows which overlook the garden and scenic alleys. All units have a seating area with a TV and a kitchenette with a fridge and dining area. In the evening, guests can enjoy the romantic setting of the Palazzo at the pool bar that serves drinks in the courtyard and plays relaxing music. All public areas of the hotel offer free Wi-Fi access. Within a 10-minute walk guests can reach the Venetian harbour with its fish taverns or the Fortezza where the Renaissance Festival is held every summer. Rimondi staff can offer information on local products and arrange car rental to further explore Crete.
